-Design for commercial project like banquet, hotel , resort
-Prepare architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections)
-Create 3D models and realistic renderings for client presentations
-Support design-build projects
Qualifications:
-Graduate of BS Architecture (license not required)
-Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray/Enscape
-Strong design sense and keen attention to detail
