Job Description

Post- Architect Job Location – Andheri East Working days & Timing – 6 days & Alternative Saturday off & 10am to 6.30pm Salary Range - 35K to 45K Job Role - 1. Will be responsible for preparation of architectural working drawings including BOQ's and other details for building projects. 2. Will be required to maintain / release of project files, schedules and specifications. 3. Familiarity with Building Codes and Specifications. 4. Familiarity with Architectural Visualization, 3D Modelling, Rendering, would be a plus. 5. Computer Literate and familiar with software related to MS , AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, Lumion etc. 6- Proficiency in written (letters and emails) and verbal communication skills in English Language as job profile involves interactions with various stake holders.
