The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in drafting out detailed architectural drawings and master planning for various project types including residential developments, villas, farmhouses, commercial spaces, and sales galleries. The role requires a technical individual who can translate design concepts into accurate and high-quality construction drawings. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications. Create master plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, including villas, farmhouses, and larger residential complexes under the guidance of Architects and Planners. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and interior designers to ensure cohesive and comprehensive design solutions. Develop detailed drawings for sales galleries, ensuring aesthetic and functional elements are well-integrated. Work on 2D and 3D design software (Would be a Plus) to produce technical drawings, layouts, and plans. Assist in the coordination of design and construction documents, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely execution of drawings and plans. Revise and update designs as required by project changes, ensuring all revisions are clearly documented. Ensure that all drawings are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. Key Requirements: Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in architectural drafting, with a strong focus on residential, villas, farmhouses, commercial projects, and sales galleries. Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural design and drafting software. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction detailing, building systems, and materials. Attention to Detail: Ability to produce detailed and precise architectural drawings with minimal supervision. Knowledge of Building Codes: Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: A diploma in architectural drafting, architecture, or a related field. Experience in interior design or detailing for interiors is a plus.
