Role, Responsibilities & Skill Sets

A.

• Strong design capabilities including Site Planning, Floor Plans, micro/macro detailing, Form Evolution, Elevations/Faade Design
• Spatial visualisation with a clear understanding of structural systems and services
• Ability to develop 3D views and high-quality renders
• Clear presentation of design thought processes, supported by effective verbal and graphic communication
• Preparation of Working Drawings, Detailed Drawings, and Faade Sections as per design requirements
• Component Detailing such as Tiling, D&W Schedules, Staircase, Railings, Material Terminations etc. as per Design requirements

B.

• Auto Cad - Latest Version for Layouts, XREF etc.
• Sketchup for 3D Modelling & Lumion etc. for Rendering
• Photoshop
• MS Office - Word, Excel, PPT
• Email etiquette, formatting & communication

C.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of architectural design, spatial understanding, and presentation skills.

Based on relevant professional experience, a solid foundation in bye-laws, working drawings, detailed drawings, and data preparation is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office will help you confidently handle the full spectrum of architectural responsibilities.
