Key Responsibilities: - Content Strategy: - Develop and execute a holistic content strategy in line with the brand's vision. - Ensure a diverse range of engaging content for Filmy. - Collaborate with the team and producers to maintain high-quality, original content. - Page Hygiene: - Manage the overall health and aesthetics of the channel pages. - Monitor and ensure adherence to content guidelines and community standards. - Implement strategies to boost audience engagement and retention. - Anchoring: - Demonstrate anchoring skills for Filmy. - Host live shows, interviews, and special programs as required. - Engage with the audience and establish a strong connection through on-air presence. - Target Achievement: - Establish and track performance targets for the channels. - Analyze metrics and deploy strategies to meet and surpass set targets. - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and enhance channel viewership. - Collaboration and Team Management: - Work closely with content editors, producers, and other team members to nurture a collaborative and creative work environment. - Provide leadership and guidance to the content team to ensure cohesive and high-quality output. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in content creation, channel management, or a related role. - Proven track record in content creation and channel management. - Strong understanding of entertainment content and industry connections. - Excellent communication and anchoring skills in Hindi & English. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to achieve targets. - Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement. - Familiarity with digital media platforms and trends.
