Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Research & Consulting Team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct quantitative survey research, including questionnaire development, programming, fielding, data analysis, and reporting.
Develop and implement effective research methodologies to meet client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.

Job Requirements

Experience with quantitative survey research, including questionnaire development, programming, fielding, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong understanding of research methodologies and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with survey platforms is a plus.
Professional degree required.
