Junior Analyst ( HR )

As a Junior HR Analyst at Nutriobox, located in Noida, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, assisting in various functions to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Talent Acquisition:** You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. - **Employee Relations:** Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, handling investigations, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a professional work environment. - **HR Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies in all HR practices and employment activities. - **HR Administration & Office Management:** Perform essential administrative tasks related to HR functions and contribute to the smooth running of the office and facilities management. - **Policy Adherence:** Champion and ensure full compliance with Nutriobox policies and procedures among employees. **Qualifications Required:** - **Education:** A Bachelor's degree is required. Candidates with B.Tech (any field), BBA, or MBA (HR specialization) are preferred. - **Skills:** Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, along with competency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - **Location:** Must be willing to work from the office located in Sector 63, Noida, and potentially relocate if necessary. - **Work Ethic:** A proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
