Junior Advocate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Advocate to join our legal team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will assist senior advocates in providing legal support, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients under supervision. This role offers a great opportunity for fresh law graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience to develop their legal career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior advocates in case preparation and management
• Conduct legal research on various laws, statutes, and case precedents
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, petitions, and agreements
• Attend court hearings and client meetings as required
• Maintain case files and legal documentation accurately
• Comply with ethical and professional standards of law practice

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of Karnataka is mandatory or in process
• Excellent knowledge of Indian legal system, laws, and procedures
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

*Candidate shall be on probation for a period of three months post which the above mentioned salary shall be increased upon work efficiency*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
