Key Responsibilities: Legal Research: Conduct research on real estate laws, regulations, zoning, land use, and environmental matters relevant to property projects. Document Drafting & Review: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, and other transactional contracts. Due Diligence: Perform initial legal due diligence on property titles and assess legal risks associated with property acquisition and development. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure transactions and projects comply with local, state, and national real estate laws and regulations, such as RERA (Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act). Transaction Support: Provide legal support during property transactions, which may involve client queries, contract negotiations, and client updates. Record Management: Maintain organized records of all legal documents and transactions for both internal and client use. Liaison: Work with external legal teams, government authorities, and other stakeholders to secure necessary legal approvals for projects. Dispute Resolution: Manage and contribute to the resolution of any legal disputes or conflicts that arise during real estate transactions.
