Junior Advocate - In-House

As a Junior Advocate working as an In-House Legal Associate, your main role will be to manage client cases from start to finish, advise clients, and conduct legal research on their behalf. You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documents ahead of court hearings. It is essential for you to possess excellent communication and persuasive skills to effectively carry out your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client cases from start to finish - Advise clients and conduct legal research - Prepare and review legal documents ahead of court hearings - Conduct Case Law Research in legal research databases - Interact independently with Senior Advocates for briefings - Exposure in compliance management related to corporate governance - Identify legal risks in business conduct and provide solutions Qualifications Required: - Minimum Education: LLB/LLM - Experience in Court: 1 year (Preferred) Please Note: Interviews are conducted in person. This full-time position is based in Hyderabad with a salary package ranging from 15K to 25K, depending on experience. The work schedule is during day shifts.
