Junior Accounts Executive

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Communication skills. You should feel comfortable with multitasking and be able to efficiently manage tasks within specified time frames to meet the requirements of our Clients. Your responsibilities will include processing Supplier invoices, Expenses, Bank Entries, and other day-to-day accounting entries. You will also be responsible for posting Bank Reconciliations at the end of each month, processing journal entries to ensure accurate recording of all business transactions, assisting in the finalization of Balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements, adhering to deadlines, and working towards continuous improvement of the finance function. Additionally, you may be required to perform other ad hoc tasks reasonably associated with your title. To qualify for this position, you should have CA Inter, M.com qualifications and possess 0-5 years of relevant experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and the ability to quickly learn new Accounting and related software is a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with a morning shift schedule. A Master's degree is preferred for education qualifications, and at least 1 year of experience in Accounting is preferred. Fluency in English is preferred, and the work location will be in person at Vadodara, Gujarat.,
