Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive

Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance department at our Kochi office. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting tasks, assist with financial reporting, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g, Zoho Books, SAP)
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies
• Support audits and tax filings by preparing necessary documentation
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Help maintain compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed within the finance department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 0–4 years of relevant experience (Freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
