Junior Accounts Executive

Cribfactory is looking for a responsible and detail-orientedJunior Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, billing, product pricing, and financial tracking.
The ideal candidate must have strong numerical skills, good Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage both accounts and e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salary & Accounting Tasks

• Calculate monthly salary, attendance, and maintain employee payout records.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and maintain daily accounts entries.
• Maintain accurate purchase entries and verify supporting documents/bills.

2. Amazon Operations

• Manage and record Amazon payment settlements and prepare reconciliation reports.
• Maintain daily Amazon sales and payment sheet in Excel.

3. Financial Forecasting & Reporting

• Prepare basic financial forecasting: monthly expenses, expected revenue, and cash flow.
• Maintain expense tracker and support management in business planning.
• Provide weekly/monthly financial summary reports.

4. Product Costing & Pricing

• Assist in product pricing based on cost sheet, packaging cost, shipping cost, and marketplace charges.

5. Excel & Data Management

• Work with Excel formulas such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, and basic analysis.
• Maintain all accounting and e-commerce data sheets.
• Prepare daily operational and financial reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com preferred)
• Basic knowledge of accounting & bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to handle numbers accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• E-commerce experience (Amazon Seller Central) is an advantage; training can be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
