Full Time
1. Maintain books of accounts including cash book, bank book, and ledger entries.
2. Record day-to-day accounting transactions in accounting software (Tally / ERP).
3. Process day-to-day payments and ensure proper authorization.
4. Prepare and verify purchase, sales, and expense vouchers.
5. Prepare monthly GST returns.
6. Calculate and deduct TDS as applicable.
7. Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
8. Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of financial records.
9. Coordinate with internal departments for accounts-related matters.
10. Perform any other accounting duties assigned by the senior finance team
1. Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B. Com / MBA preferred).
2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
3. Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
4. Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
