Job Description

The Junior Accounts Executive position based in Rajpura, Punjab is a full-time opportunity where you will provide support to the accounting department. Your responsibilities will include accurately recording financial transactions, updating bank statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting with tax filing and reconciliation tasks. You will also handle invoice management, administrative accounting tasks, and ensure proper filing of financial documents. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with knowledge of accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks. A basic understanding of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and good communication abilities are essential. Prior experience in accounting is beneficial but freshers are welcome. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, a basic grasp of tax laws and accounting standards are preferred skills. The salary range for this position is 12,000 to 13,000.
