Junior Accounts Associate / Accounts Associate

Position Overview:

The Fund Accountant role requires individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. FA serves as a critical member of the team, contributing to organizational success by exhibiting high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and client service. The Fund Accountant plays key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the End of Year Financials and Keeping the Fund Assets upto date in case of Daily Administration.

Qualification and other requirements:

• Any Bachelors or a Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance with 60% or above. (B. Com/M. Com/BBA/MBA)
• Experience 1-3 Years in SMSF/General Accounting
• Should have excellent knowledge of Accounting Principles/Standards
• Should have good Communication with a decent command in English to foster effective collaboration within and with other teams.
• Good Level of working knowledge in MS Excel / Word

Accounting & Compliance requirements:

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new process and procedures with ease.
• Should have Good Analytical Skills with Attention to Detail and focus on

Accuracy in all jobs or tasks undertaken.

• Exhibit adaptability and continuously strive to improve problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
• Ability to Learn SuperMate and understand automation and Quality Assurance Controls in SuperMate.
• Identify and promptly escalate any SuperMate issues or exceptions to stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Ability to understand and follow the Quality Assurance controls as defined.
• Ability to identify the Process exceptions and fix in a timely manner to ensure timely task completion and maintain quality standards.
• Interpret financial transaction with source documents.
• Ability to process simple, medium, complex jobs or assignments.
• Able to finalize the jobs independently with minimal support Preparation of Financial reports, tax return ready for review with 100% accuracy and within the defined time.
• Should maintain the Daily Administered Funds up to Date.
• Should be proactive in taking assistance in resolving the Customer Complaints within time.
