Job Title: Senior Accounts Associate/ Junior Finance Executive About the role The Fund Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the DailyAdministration process and producing Annual Financial Statements and Tax Returns.In executing this role, the Fund Accountant must be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and collaboration skills to deliver excellent customer service. By embodying these qualities, candidates contribute significantly to the organisations success and uphold its standard of excellence. Accounting and Compliance requirements: Interpret financial transactions with source documents. Ability to learn SuperMate software and understand automation and Quality Assurance Controls in SuperMate. Complete complex jobs/workflows or assignments with accuracy and efficiency. Finalize jobs independently with minimal support, including preparation of financial reports and tax returns, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain daily administered funds up to date and ensure accuracy in end-of-year finalisation. Proactively assist in resolving customer complaints within defined timelines. Grasp and implement process controls, compliance requirements, and procedures with ease. Make decisions on process-related matters and resolve exceptions promptly to maintain quality standards. Monitor and ensure quality assurance controls are maintained; identify and resolve exceptions to ensure assets and income are reported accurately. Contribute actively to process improvement initiatives by sharing innovative ideas. Serve as a champion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Understand client requirements clearly and deliver jobs with quick turnaround time, ensuring minimal errors. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within and outside the team. Requirements: Any Bachelors or a Masters degree in accounting, Finance with 60% or above. (B. Com/ M. Com/ BBA/ MBA). No standing arrears. Willingness to undertake professional studies to grow a career in Accounting and taxation. Excellent knowledge in Financial Statements preparation and Accounting Principles. Background in audit firms, general accounting, or SMSF administration will be highly valued Good communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration within and with other teams.
