Job Description

The job involves reconciliation of Sundry Debtors and Creditors on a regular basis. You will be responsible for maintaining daily stock records and petty cash records. It is important to maintain and update sales and purchase registers accurately in the software system provided. Additionally, you will handle banking tasks such as issuing cheques for clearing, cash deposits, NEFT, and RTGS transactions. Knowledge about Central Excise Vat is required for this role, especially understanding that this Vat is exempted in manufacturing units. Your responsibilities will also include day-to-day accounting tasks and finalization of accounts. This includes preparing statements of accounts, debtors control accounts, buffer accounts, balance sheet statements, consumption charts, trial balance, and scrutiny of depreciation. You should also have knowledge of TDS and GST workings. This is a full-time position with a day shift and morning shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in accounting, Tally, and overall relevant work. The work location is in person.
