Job Overview:

We re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and MS Excel and familiar with GST and TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries and maintain financial documentation

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions

Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers

Handle GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliances

Assist in audit processes and financial reporting

Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for collections and payments

Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience

Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory requirements

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
