Junior Accountant

As an Accountant at our company, you will have the opportunity to utilize your detail-oriented mindset and extensive experience to manage our day-to-day accounting functions. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with financial regulations and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. You should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and hands-on experience with accounting software. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate books of accounts by handling journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation. - Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and ensure compliance with regulations. - Prepare monthly and annual financial statements to provide insights into the company's financial performance. - Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support. - Monitor company expenses, participate in budgeting, and contribute to cost control measures. - Coordinate with vendors, banks, and other external stakeholders to facilitate financial operations effectively. - Maintain records of fixed assets and manage depreciation to ensure accurate financial reporting. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in TDS Return, Finalization of accounts, Accountant, Junior Accountant, and GST Return. - Proficiency in accounting principles, tax laws, and accounting software. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
