Job Summary: The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to grow their accounting career in a dynamic tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Record and process daily financial transactions (AP, AR, expenses, invoices)
? Assist in maintaining general ledger and journal entries
? Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
? Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
? Help with month-end and year-end closing activities
? Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
? Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
? Support audits and tax filings with accurate documentation
? Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate project costing and reporting
