Job description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Junior Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are enthusiastic about guiding students, building relationships, and helping aspiring marketers choose the right career path through Zeon Academy’s professional programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on Digital Marketing courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain course details, duration, and benefits.
• Follow up with leads, maintain enquiry records, and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Build strong rapport with prospective students through calls, messages, and meetings.
• Support the marketing and admission team in achieving monthly enrollment goals.
• Participate in promotional events, online campaigns, and webinars organized by the academy.
• Maintain a positive and motivating environment for students from enquiry to admission.

Key Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in counselling, telemarketing, or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
• Good command over English and Malayalam (Hindi will be an added advantage).
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing is a plus (training will be provided).

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Performance Incentives: ₹500 – ₹1,000 per admission
• Monthly Bonus: ₹2,000 for 15+ admissions
• Quarterly Bonus: ₹3,000 for consistent performance
• Total Potential Earnings: Up to ₹32,000+ per month
