Zeon Academy, a leading institute in digital marketing education, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting the right course and building a successful career. The ideal candidate will have a pleasing personality, excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, and a passion for education and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students on courses and career opportunities.
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs.
• Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain records of leads, conversions, and student interactions.
• Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth onboarding of students.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam).
• Attractive and confident personality with a friendly and persuasive approach.
• Previous experience in counselling, tele sales, or education industry is a plus.
• Good computer and MS Office skills.
