Junior Academic Counselor

We are looking for a Junior Academic Counsellor who is passionate about guiding students and parents, converting leads into admissions, and helping grow our student community at Image Creative Education, Kochi. Key Responsibilities- Connect with Prospects: Reach out to prospective students/parents via calls, messages, and in‑person meetings. Understand their academic goals and concerns.- Present Programs: Effectively showcase our courses and creative IT programmes highlighting value, career outcomes, and ROI.- Convert & Close: Persuade and negotiate to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions. Meet individual and team sales targets.- Record & Follow-up: Maintain accurate, organized records of interactions and follow‑up schedules in our sheets- Support Senior Counsellors: Collaborate with senior team members, learn best practices of counselling & sales.Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 1 year experience in institute sales, admission counselling, or a related field.- Graduate in any discipline.- Strong pitching, negotiation, and closing abilities.- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, proactive with confidence and a “go‑better” attitude.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and basic counselling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
