Jr. UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: At Arccus Incorporation, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 12 years of experience to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating and user-centric mobile and web applications. Your role involves interpreting project specifications, developing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Conducting user research and usability testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring design consistency and responsiveness are essential aspects of this role. Staying updated on UI/UX trends and best practices is crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret project specifications and user requirements to develop intuitive and impactful designs. - Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. - Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance and validate designs. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure design consistency across platforms, align with the brand identity, and guarantee responsiveness. - Stay abreast of UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of practical experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms. - Robust design portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software. - Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills. - Experience in agile environments, basic knowledge of front-end technologies, or skills in motion design and creating microinteractions would be advantageous.
