Jr. Technical Writer

You are a Junior Technical Writer joining our team based in Mumbai. Your role involves creating clear and user-friendly documentation for products, services, and processes. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior writers to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content. Your responsibilities include developing user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, release notes, and online help content. You will edit existing documentation, follow style guides, and organize content logically for accessibility. Additionally, you will support documentation updates and conduct basic product testing. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Basic knowledge of technical concepts and proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs are required. Familiarity with HTML or Markdown is a plus. Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, or Adobe FrameMaker is preferred. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at our Mumbai location.
