Jr. Tech Support Role

You should have excellent English communication skills and basic computer knowledge (Operational Skills). It is essential to be comfortable working night shifts. The role involves up-selling service plans/software to US clients through chat or calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to MS Office Suite, Windows OS, laptops, desktops, emails, routers, printers, and security cameras. We are urgently hiring experienced individuals for the US technical support/sales process. The position entails working as a Customer Support Executive with a focus on providing excellent customer service and technical sales support. Candidates should have experience working with Smart speakers, E-Mail calls, Extenders/routers, GPS systems, etc. The job requires night shift availability with 6 days working and a fixed Sunday off. This is a full-time, permanent position with a negotiable salary and good incentive plans of up to 20k per month.
