Jr. Site Supervisor ( Male) _ for Architectural and Interior design firm

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced jr.Site Supervisorto join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural designs and interior plans.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project team.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to the schedule.
• Maintain accurate and detailed site records, including daily reports, material inventories, and safety inspections.
• Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction and work to resolve them promptly.
• Ensure proper handling of materials, equipment, and machinery on-site.
• Report project status to senior management and assist with any required documentation.

Requirements:

• Hsc, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (3+ years) as ajr. Site Supervisor or in a similar role in the architecture or construction industry.
• Having knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on-site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
