Jr. Service (Electrical) Engineer

Role Overview: As a Project Manager in our company, you will be responsible for managing new projects, service and maintenance management, handling site visits, providing telephonic support, managing tickets, nurturing customer relations, conducting quality checks, and managing feedback effectively. Your collaboration with the team will ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion. Key Responsibilities: - Providing installations and setup assistance - Managing customer support and tickets - Conducting maintenance and repairs - Planning and managing site visits - Providing training and documentation - Managing customer relationships - Ensuring quality checks and feedback management - Handling warranty and contract management - Initiating continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team - Good organizational and problem-solving abilities - Capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and work well under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Company Benefits: In addition to the job responsibilities and required skills, you will be entitled to benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and paid sick time.
