1. Assisting with Project Planning:

• Developing Project Schedules:JPMs help create and maintain project timelines, breaking down tasks and setting deadlines.
• Defining Project Scope:They assist in understanding the project's objectives, deliverables, and requirements.
• Resource Allocation:They help in identifying and assigning resources (people, budget, etc.) to different project tasks.
• Risk Management:They participate in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

2. Coordinating and Monitoring Project Activities:

• Team Coordination:JPMs facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Progress Tracking:They monitor project progress against the plan, identifying potential delays or issues.
• Status Reporting:They prepare regular project status reports for the project manager and stakeholders.
• Meeting Facilitation:They help organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring action items are followed up on.

3. Ensuring Quality and Deliverables:

• Quality Assurance: They assist in quality control and assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet the defined standards.
• Documentation Management: They help maintain project documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and organized.
• Stakeholder Communication: They communicate project progress and potential issues to stakeholders.

4. Supporting the Project Manager:

• Assisting with day-to-day tasks: JPMs handle a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.
• Learning from Experience: They gain valuable experience by observing and assisting senior project managers.
• Developing Skills: They develop project management skills, including communication, organization, and problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
