Jr PMO

Experienced Project Management professionals with expertise in direct sourcing and procurement - supply chain management for product components preferably healthcare devices

  Proficient in English Language
• Proven track record in establishing and leading Project Management Offices (PMOs) for large-scale procurement or direct sourcing initiatives, preferably within the healthcare or manufacturing sectors.
• Expertise in managing complex, multi-phase projects with a minimum of 5 years of PMO leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to fully own and manage the PMO process, ensuring seamless coordination, governance, and execution across all project phases.
• Proficiency in utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent) to track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Strong background in change management to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

• Conducting regular progress reviews and providing status updates to the project team.
