Jr. Netsuite Consultant - HRMS

Role Overview: As a Jr.NetSuite HR Functional Consultant with 2+ years of experience, your role will involve supporting the implementation, optimization, and management of HR modules within the NetSuite ERP system. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze HR business processes and translate them into NetSuite functional requirements. - Facilitate end-to-end NetSuite HR module implementation and provide post-go-live support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to design systems, workflows, and reporting needs. - Conduct user training, create documentation, and assist in user adoption. - Identify process improvement opportunities leveraging NetSuite capabilities. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience with NetSuite, particularly SuitePeople or other HR modules. - Functional consulting experience in ERP/HRIS projects. - Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. - NetSuite certification is preferred.,
