Job Description

At AppsRow Solutions LLP, a Webflow Premium Partner agency, we create digital-first brand identities, websites, and marketing campaigns for global clients. As a Jr. Motion Graphic Designer, you will support our creative team by producing engaging animations, social media graphics, and brand visuals that bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Create motion graphics and animations for social media, ads, and websites
Assist in developing animated brand assets such as logos, icons, transitions, and intros
Work with the marketing team to design dynamic social media content
Support senior designers with storyboards, layouts, and visual concepts
Stay updated with motion design trends, typography animation, and new styles
Export optimized files for web, social media, and video platforms

Requirements

Basic knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
Understanding of typography, color, and animation principles
Creativity in designing engaging visual content for brands and social media
Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma for static design support
Good sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling in animation
Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior designers

Performance Metrics

Quality and creativity of motion graphics and animations
Contribution to social media and brand campaigns
Timeliness and accuracy in delivering design assets
Adaptability to feedback and evolving design trends
