Job Description

Key Skills Required:

Good command over English (spoken & written)
Basic understanding of Facebook Ads: targeting, ad copy, and audience testing
Familiarity with Facebook Pixel tracking
Basic knowledge of improving CTR and CPC
Experience using AI tools for copywriting, reporting, or automation
Basic keyword research & competitor analysis
Knowledge of Google Ads or Analytics is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in managing Facebook ad campaigns for Indian & international clients
Help in setting up and optimizing ads for conversions, traffic, and remarketing
Monitor campaign performance and assist in daily optimizations
Maintain and submit daily working sheets
Use AI tools where applicable to improve workflow and performance
Coordinate with the team to understand client business models and campaign goals
