Jr. Merchandiser

As a Junior Merchandiser at our company, your primary role will involve assisting in product development, order finalization, digital merchandising, and e-commerce management. You will be responsible for creating renders and technical sketches using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop to present to customers for approvals. Additionally, you will work closely with the Designer, Senior Merchandiser, and Production teams to develop detailed tech packs outlining specifications, materials, and trims for production. Your coordination with the design and production teams will ensure sustainable material sourcing and accurate execution. Key Responsibilities: - Create renders and technical sketches using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop for customer approvals. - Assist in finalizing orders based on customer feedback and material availability. - Develop tech packs detailing specifications, materials, and trims for production. - Coordinate with design and production teams for sustainable material sourcing and accurate execution. - Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, and images on Shopify. - Plan and execute timely photoshoots for new collections. - Ensure fabric swatches, stock availability, and quantities are updated on the website. - Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for a seamless customer experience. - Update website content, banners, and product pages in line with seasonal collections. - Maintain an organized database of renders, product images, and marketing assets. - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with the brand identity. - Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely sampling and production. - Coordinate with the logistics team to track inventory and stock movement. - Support Senior Merchandiser in trend analysis, competitor research, and sustainability reporting. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Suite for creating renders and sketches. - Experience in Shopify management and website maintenance. - Understanding of sustainable materials and practices. - Detail-oriented with a passion for sustainable fashion. - Strong technical skills to execute tasks effectively.
