Jr. HR(Recruitment) for the real Estate Group

Role Overview: You will be responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial HR screenings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment trackers. Additionally, you will also be involved in onboarding and documentation processes, supporting joining formalities, preparing offer letters, and maintaining employee records. Furthermore, you will assist in HR operations by managing attendance, updating databases, and supporting in arranging trainings and employee engagement activities. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies - Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates - Conduct initial HR telephonic screening - Schedule interviews with hiring managers - Coordinate interview rounds and feedback - Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker - Draft and post job ads on different platforms - Support joining formalities and collect necessary documents - Prepare offer letters and appointment letters - Maintain employee records and HR files - Assist in induction and orientation of new joiners - Update HR databases and spreadsheets - Support HR in arranging trainings, employee engagement activities - Coordinate for ID cards, email creation, and access permissions Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in documentation - Experience in attendance management - Knowledge of recruitment processes Please note that the above job description includes responsibilities related to recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR operations.,
