As a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional, your role involves sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies. You will be responsible for screening resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates, and conducting initial HR telephonic screenings. Your duties will also include scheduling interviews with hiring managers, coordinating interview rounds, and collecting feedback. It will be essential for you to maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker, as well as draft and post job ads on different platforms.
