Position : Jr. Executive - Customer Relationship

Key Responsibility

• Build and nurture relationships with customers in the coal industry.
• Collect and maintain essential customer data and records.
• Monitor customer credit and payment history.
• Collaborate with various teams and departments to address customer needs.
• Identify and develop relationships with key industry players and competitors.
• Work to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Minimum of a twelfth-grade education.

Experience:

• 6 months of experience in a similar role is preferred but optional
