Job Summary:

Junior Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing project estimates, BOQs, and costing sheets for material handling systems and cranes.

• Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and client inputs.

• Coordinate with design, purchase, and production teams for estimation inputs.

• Collect and analyze material, labor, and overhead costs.

• Support in preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders.

• Maintain estimation records and documentation.

• Conduct site visits (if required) for understanding project scope.

• Work under the guidance of the Senior Estimation Engineer or Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

• 02 years of experience in estimation or costing in a manufacturing or engineering company (preferably cranes or heavy machinery).

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.

• Basic understanding of crane components and material handling systems is preferred.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
