Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube – basic level) including content planning and posting as per the monthly content calendar.
Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB/GBP) by regularly updating posts, photos, services, and ensuring overall profile hygiene.
Drive Google reviews by requesting feedback from students and stakeholders, responding professionally, and escalating critical issues when required.
Handle lead nurturing and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and improved conversion rates.
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM/Google Sheets, including lead status, remarks, next follow-up dates, and conversion updates.
Coordinate with counsellors and branch teams for batch schedules, events, placement updates, and content requirements.
Ensure consistency in content posting across all platforms in alignment with brand guidelines.
Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and GMB actions.
Share weekly performance insights along with improvement plans and recommendations.
