Key Responsibilities

• Design and create a wide range of visual content: Develop compelling designs for print materials (advertisements, brochures, flyers, etc.), digital platforms (social media graphics, website assets, emailers), presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate on client projects from concept to completion: Work closely with our team as well as our clients to understand project requirements, conceptualize design solutions, and ensure final deliverables meet objectives and deadlines.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality: Ensure all designs adhere to client's brand guidelines and Motley’s high creative standards, providing a cohesive visual identity.
• Iterate and refine designs based on feedback: Actively participate in design reviews, incorporating constructive criticism to enhance visual output.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools: Continuously explore new design techniques, software features, and creative trends to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
