Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Client Servicing Executive at UCID in Mumbai. The role involves daily tasks such as managing client services, maintaining client relations, delivering presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing account management.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Account Management skills
• 1-2yrs of advertising agency experience
• Client Relations and Customer Service experience
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
