As a Junior Client Partner at Coforge, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic client relationships and business expansion in the BFS domain. Your responsibilities will include: - **Develop and strengthen client relationships**: - Act as a trusted partner to client leadership, ensuring sustained engagement and fostering long-term partnerships. - Navigate complex client environments and build credibility and trust through strategic conversations and proactive account management. - **Drive Business Growth & Sales Expansion**: - Identify and execute up-selling and cross-selling initiatives to unlock new business opportunities. - Leverage industry expertise to position Coforge's solutions in a way that aligns with client needs and future roadmaps. - **Collaborate & Execute Growth Strategies**: - Work closely with internal teams across sales, delivery, and consulting to drive opportunities from initiation to closure. - Lead negotiations and facilitate discussions to ensure win-win outcomes. - **Strategic Engagement & Stakeholder Management**: - Align with stakeholders and Coforge to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. - Translate business challenges into actionable strategies, driving measurable impact in client satisfaction and revenue growth.
