About the Role:We are seeking a Jr. Associate Manager who can take ownership of a wide range of operational, business, and product-related responsibilities. This role requires a smart, dynamic, and versatile individual who can efficiently coordinate between HR, Tech, Business, Product, and Marketing teams, while also managing external operations and ensuring smooth execution across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate day-to-day operations across HR, Tech, Product, Business, and Marketing departments.
• Assist management in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business and Product teams to track progress, collect insights, and streamline processes.
• Handle outside operational activities related to product or business requirements (vendors, partners, clients, etc.).
• Support marketing operations such as campaign coordination, content approvals, and performance tracking.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure timely task execution across departments.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of business operations, HR processes, marketing activities, and product workflows.
• Highly organized with a focus on efficiency and execution.

Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
