Jr. Architectural 3D Visualizer - GFS

Burns & McDonnell India has exciting opportunities for 3D Visualizers in the Architecture Team, who are interested in growing their careers in one of the most fast paced, innovative companies for high tech building design and construction. Burns & McDonnell India is growing a full complement of professionals with expertise in Architecture, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, and Project Management for catering to the facilities business which cover but not limited to Food & Consumer Product facility, Data Centers, Commercial Facilities, Healthcare facilities and Aviation facilities.

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our Global Facilities (GFS) Global Practice in Mumbai office to support 3D visualization needs of the Architectural Design team involved in projects mainly in North America Region. The successful candidate will report to a Departmental Manager and will perform as an assistant to Sr. Visualizers by working hands on in developing project or proposal renderings & collaborating closely with the US counterparts. S/he will work closely with current team to support the increased workload.

Responsibilities: The 3D Visualizer will assist project team of architects & visualizers to create state- of the -class rendered 3D views and walk throughs - Interior and Exterior - for a variety of projects including corporate, healthcare, aviation, institutional, governmental, mission critical, aerospace, industrial and military facilities:

1. Follow inputs from the Architects and Sr. 3D visualizers and use REVIT/CAD Models to create 3D

renderings in a suitable rendering tool like 3Ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, Unreal Engine or

equivalent.

1. Apply suitable lighting, material and ambience settings to the views as required and create

visually pleasing views.

1. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. Bachelor s degree or Diploma or equivalent in graphics design, architectural visualization,

animation from a recognized institution.

1. A minimum of 5 years (upto 8 years) of work experience in Architectural/Creative industry.

Previous experience of renderings for commercial and institutional facilities will be a plus.

1. Working knowledge & experience mandatory of: 3Ds Max, Photoshop, V-ray.




2. Experience of all/any of following tools is preferable: Lumion, Enscape, Unreal Engine,

AfterEffects, REVIT, AutoCAD, AI based rendering.

1. Microsoft Professional Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).




2. Must have ability to read and interpret architectural 3D models in CAD softwares like AutoCAD,

Revit, Sketchup.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills would be a plus point.




2. Soft skills/attributes: Eagerness for creativity, ability to visualize/imagine in 3D space, good

sense of colours, 3D modelling, must be a strong team player and ready to collaborate, sincerity

towards work
