Job Title: Junior Architect

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our architectural team. As a Junior Architect, you will collaborate with senior architects and other team members to develop innovative designs, prepare technical drawings, and assist with project management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and planning of architectural projects, including residential, commercial, or institutional buildings.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and 3D renderings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Conduct site visits and assist in the preparation of site analysis reports.
• Support senior architects in client presentations and project proposals.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
• Assist in project documentation and management of construction processes.
• Conduct research on materials, building systems, and design trends to incorporate into designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in architecture (internships or part-time work may be considered).
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• A portfolio showcasing design work and technical proficiency is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
