Job Title: Junior Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design, an understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and proficiency in industry-standard software. You will work closely with senior architects and project managers to support project development from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing architectural designs, drawings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems into architectural plans.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino to create 2D and 3D models.
• Prepare detailed construction documents, plans, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to support project execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and other relevant design software.
• Understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
