Organization Profile: www.integra-ventures.com Salary: As per market standards and commensurate with present salary and experiences Job Title: Junior Architect Experience: 2-3 Years Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design, an understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and proficiency in industry-standard software. You will work closely with senior architects and project managers to support project development from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing architectural designs, drawings, and presentations. Collaborate with teams to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems into architectural plans. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino to create 2D and 3D models. Prepare detailed construction documents, plans, and specifications. Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to support project execution. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery. Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and construction techniques. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant architectural experience. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino , and other relevant design software. Understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems . Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes is a plus.
