Job Description: Ramson Perfumes is a leading brand in the fragrance industry, offering premium-quality perfumes to customers worldwide. You are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join the finance team at the Dombivli office. Role Overview: As a Junior Accountant at Ramson Perfumes, you will assist in daily accounting operations, supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in day-to-day accounting activities like invoicing, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance. - Supporting in preparing financial statements and management reports. - Assisting with tax returns and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. - Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow transactions. - Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions. - Supporting internal and external audit processes. - Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies. - Handling any additional accounting tasks assigned by the senior accountant. Qualifications Required: To excel in this role, you should have: - Maximum 1 year of experience in accounting or be a fresher with sound accounting knowledge. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (Ind AS, IFRS). - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks. - Good knowledge of tax and compliance requirements. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Education: - Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
