ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
l Manage all accounting transactions.
l Prepare budget forecasts.
l Publish financial statements on time.
l Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
l Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
l Ensure timely bank payments.
l Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
l Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
l Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
l Audit financial transactions and documents.
l Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
l Comply with financial policies and regulations.
l Updating debtors and creditors list.
l Debt reminders and collection.
