- As an Associate in the New Strategic Initiatives team, you will be crucial in identifying, assessing,and executing strategic initiatives that align with Joveo's growth objectives.- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to explore new market opportunities,develop innovative solutions, and drive strategic partnerships. This role offers an excitingopportunity to make a significant impact and shape the future of Joveo's businessKey Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.- Evaluate potential strategic partnerships, alliances to expand Joveo's market reach and capabilities.- Develop business cases, financial models, and execution plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects, including product development, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.- Monitor and track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of strategic initiatives.- Support senior leadership in decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.- To inform strategic planning and decision-making, stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive developmentsQualifications:
- 1-6 years of experience in strategy consulting Operations or Account Management- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving.- Experience in the technology, advertising, or recruitment industry is a plus
